Gordon R. Wittick

Mr. Wittick began working for Miller Scamardi & Carrabba in 2019, bringing with him more than 10 years of experience in civil litigation. Mr. Wittick is experienced in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including negligence, premises liability, construction, wage and hour, and real estate fraud. He has been actively involved in all aspects of the litigation process, taking matters to bench and jury trials and into appeals.

As a student at Harvard Law School, Mr. Wittick took a strong interest in trial advocacy. He worked as a Teaching Assistant in Professor Ogletree’s Trial Advocacy Workshop; he represented indigent criminal defendants as a student attorney for the Harvard Criminal Justice Institute; and he represented Harvard on their Mock Trial team.

Mr. Wittick is fluent in Spanish.
