Mr. Green began practicing law in 1989. During his career, he has defended cases involving wrongful death and survival actions, premises liability (slip/trip and fall and lack of security), bad faith, vehicular accidents (commercial and personal), products liability, construction site accidents, dram shop, multi-party construction defects, and refinery accidents.
He has been actively involved in all aspects of the litigation process, taking matters to bench and jury trials.
