JOSEPH A. SCAMARDI

JOSEPH A. SCAMARDI is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Scamardi, a native houstonian graduated from the University of Houston, University Park, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance in 1985. He received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center in 1988 where he was selected as a member of the Order of Barristers. In addition to being licensed by the State Bar of Texas in 1988, he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Texas. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association, Texas Association of Defense Counsel, and College of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Scamardi has also been an author and speaker on various tort litigation and damages related topics for insurance companies and continuing legal education seminars. Mr. Scamardi has handled litigation matters in both State and Federal Courts in over 36 counties throughout the State of Texas. Additionally, he has personally tried to verdict over 60 jury trials in 9 different counties involving personal injury, property damage & complex business/commercial cases.
